Our Digital Vehicle Reliability Health Report

At Rod's, we provide a comprehensive Digital Vehicle Reliability Health Report, performed by our certified technicians using a tablet. This visual inspection gives you a clear understanding of your vehicle's overall condition, helping you make confident, informed decisions while ensuring your vehicle is safe for you, others on the road, and the environment.

Please note: This is a visual inspection only. It does not involve disassembling components, running diagnostics, or removing wheels. Every drivable vehicle is also test-driven before entering the shop to help us better understand how it's performing on the road.

After the inspection, we will text or email you a detailed PDF report that includes photos and/or videos taken by the technician. Each item will show the condition of that component and what action, if any, is needed to correct it. While this free inspection helps identify current concerns, some issues may not be visible or may develop over time.

This 25-minute visual inspection may be followed by a recommendation for a more in-depth inspection, which could involve removing components for better access and accuracy.
